Let’s say

Yes it's true! I have a surname that is preordained, not quite like the famous Casanova
but similar to his brother who shares also the same forname as I, Francesco Casanova,
the painter.

This was reason enough, I thought, to become an artist! At the age of 17, I approached photography as a tool which I could use to communicate with the people around me.
With my expanding energy and growing creativity, I succeeded to turn this passion into
a career.

I was fortunate to apprentice to great masters and learn about the many facets of the art. Obtaining a Master's degree in "Global Photography" at the John Kaverdash Academy
of Photography in Milan (2018-2019) signifies my commitment to this art.

The Journal section of this website is a personal magazine which combines stories,
images and emotions in pursue of my dream which is to be able to narrate the world as
I see it, often in an unfamiliar familiar way, but mostly through a fresh pair of watchful eyes!
